Refund policy

 Refunds/Exchanges:

We ensure all products shipped out are of quality. Please note all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Our jewelry is made to order, once your order is in production it cannot be canceled. Most items begin production within 1-3 days after the order is placed. In case by case we may issue store credit, but we do not issue refunds. Please ensure you are aware of our shipping timeframe and our policy for the best shopping experience. 

Amerikan Outkast jewelry is made to last when cared for properly. Materials used are waterproof, however it is NOT Chemical proof. Therefore, we do not recommend showering and swimming in your jewelry. Chemicals such as perfumes/colognes and chlorine will tarnish the materials overtime.

**If you are unsure about the sizing of any jewelry items, please contact us prior to purchasing for sizing assistance. Our jewelry is custom and made to order and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Lost/Stolen:

If your package has been confirmed as “delivered” and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured so you must file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. They will investigate to determine the delivery. Please note we would only issue refund/replacement if your package never reached a “delivered” status.
